Refund policy

All products purchased in store or online directly from ARA are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

ARA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered. ARA is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers. ARA is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.
